본 약관은 더레키(TheReki)(이하 '회사')가 제공하는 모바일 애플리케이션 및 제반 서비스의 이용 조건 및 절차, 회사와 회원 간의 권리, 의무 및 책임 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.
본 약관은 회사가 제공하는 서비스 내에 게시함으로써 효력이 발생합니다. 회사는 필요한 경우 관련 법령을 위배하지 않는 범위 내에서 본 약관을 변경할 수 있습니다.
회사는 현재 다수의 신규 모바일 서비스를 기획 및 개발 중이며, 구체적인 서비스가 출시되는 시점에 각 서비스별 구체적인 이용 규칙과 조건이 추가 적용될 수 있습니다.
회사는 천재지변, 전시, 기타 불가항력적인 사유로 서비스를 제공할 수 없는 경우 서비스 제공에 관한 책임이 면제됩니다. 또한, 무료로 제공되는 서비스 이용과 관련하여 관련 법령에 특별한 규정이 없는 한 책임을 지지 않습니다.

The purpose of these Terms of Service is to prescribe the terms, conditions, and procedures for using the mobile applications and related services provided by TheReki ("Company"), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and users.
These terms shall become effective upon being posted within the services. The Company may amend these terms within the scope of relevant laws and regulations when necessary.
The Company is currently planning and developing new mobile services. Specific rules and conditions for each service will be applied at the time of their respective official launches.
The Company shall be exempted from liability for providing services if it is unable to do so due to natural disasters, acts of God, or any equivalent force majeure events.
